About
Founded by Terri Hooley in the early 1970s, Good Vibrations was a Belfast record shop and independent label that championed the local punk/new-wave scene and organised influential gigs and events. The label released a string of seminal singles that helped put Northern Irish bands on the map, operated intermittently through the 1980s–2000s, and inspired a 2013 biopic and later stage musical about its founder and legacy.
